Very pleased

I was pleasantly surprised with my new hitch. Once installed it looked like a factory installed hitch.

Great Hitch

Reviewed By Arthur V (Kenmore, WA) Reviewed for a 2015 Subaru Forester —8/22/2017 10:26 PM

The hitch was great. Instructions - not so much. 1. Removing the muffler was really difficult and it came off different than the instructions said. 2. Drilling 3/8" holes right next to the existing access hole in the frame is really, really hard to do. I drilled a smaller hole and used a conical grinding bit to open it up. 3. Took two of us to lift the hitch up to install the nuts. 4, Fishing the bolts thru the frame is difficult.

Curt Q25 (Ford Puck) Additional tools needed for installation

Reviewed By Ronald M (Camas, WA) Reviewed for a 2016 Ford F-250 —11/1/2017 12:49 PM

Excellent hitch and not overly challenging to install after locating all of the required tools. One item that needs to be clarified in the listing details, is that a 100 ft/# torque wrench is required to assemble the head to the legs. Adjusting the pucks was also a little tricky as the mounting bolts are course thread instead of fine thread. Another set of cotter pins would also be nice as the ones provided were already spread out and it was frustrating to get them straightened for reuse.
