CURT Receiver Hitches Reviews

Great self install hitch

Reviewed By Jerrold E (Berkley, MA) Reviewed for a 2010 Subaru Legacy —9/11/2014 2:27 AM

Hitch is great. Instructions were excellent and are vehicle specific. The 90 time frame was off though. I'm very mechanical and it took me about 3.5 hours. I did find a better and cleaner way to install. Avoid drilling and elongating forward hole in "frame" by enlarging existing hole inside trunk to pass through bolts. This will help avoid road salt from entering from underneath.

CURT T-Connectors

I installed the CURT T-Connectors on my 2011 Subaru Legacy 2.5i. Took me 10 minutes to install. Really easy and came with the instructions with pictures of my exact make and model. A lot easier than rewiring my lights like I used to do.

Bully Hitch Step: A well-made and useful product

Reviewed By Ronald M (Little Rock, AR) Reviewed for a 2015 Subaru Outback —11/12/2014 3:37 PM

I bought the hitch step to protect the back bumper and to have one more set of lights to get the attention of other drivers. The step will be useful for climbing up to wash the roof of the car. Installation was easy. The hitch step fits my 1.25 in. receiver. It also has a sleeve for a 2 in. receiver. I use a locking hitch pin with the step. The hitch step is solid and doesn't rattle. I like knowing that this product is guarding the back bumper of my new car.
