"Have not had an opportunity
to use the trailer for which I bought it for which is using
g for a bicycle rack and trailering a sailboat but it
seems like it was very easy to install and of very high quality which were 2 of my
most important concerns." —Andrew L from Santa Monica, CA bought a Draw-Tite Receiver Hitches for a 2003 Toyota Highlander.
"Well let's start with the good then bad. I have over 20 years of experience working on cars and I would put the level of difficulty 6 out of 10.
Mount design is simple
Quality of welds are about average
Does what a hitch is supposed to do
Price to Value
The mount holes are much too narrow to make this an easy to line up and bolt on. The holes were too wide for any wiggle room. Needed to pry the hitch over to start the bolts." —Adam T from San Leandro, CA bought a CURT Receiver Hitches for a 2003 Toyota Highlander.
"I am very pleased with the service we received. I needed this hitch by the latest Friday afternoon as we were going biking in the mountains on Saturday. Unfortunately, I ordered one that didn't fit (from someone else) so I didn't have a whole lot of time to get this. I ordered this on Wednesday afternoon knowing that I was running the risk of getting it in time. I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived early on Friday and we were able to get it installed in time for our trip Saturday morning. My husband had some trouble installing it, but it wasn't the fault of the hitch. Someone had rear-ended me years ago and now we think it messed up the frame of the car. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and I will highly recommend them." —Natalie L from Harrisburg, NC bought a CURT Receiver Hitches for a 2003 Toyota Highlander.
"I purchased hitch for 2003 Toyota Highlander I had to grind holes to fit missed by 1/4 in luckily I had carbide dremel bit but took extra 1/2 hour to install. Also a few chips out of paint before installed due to nothing protecting product during shipping so I will have a few spots that will have
bare metal . And whoever put shipping labels on put them all on part of hitch that will be seen so another 15
minutes to get labels and glue off .I care what my Vehicle looks like . But still well made product jig for holes must have been out of adjustment that day other problems were just bad planing .Received quickly.
