It was unclear if my vehicle had a towing package. I located a vacant fuse slot marked "towing", assumed it had the tow package and ordered above item. After connection, no power was present so I contacted AA. I was referred to Curt tech support and in a couple minutes the tech determined that my car did not have the tow package. I recontacted AA, reordered the correct part, received a fair credit on original item, and had the correct part the following day. Customer service is excellent.
