CURT T-Connectors Reviews

Easy to install

Reviewed By Wesley S (Anderson, IN) Reviewed for a 1989 Toyota Pickup —10/3/2008 5:38 AM

This connector was easy to install with no splicing required. My trailer lights still do not work correctly, but it may be due to a grounding issue in my vehicle which I haven't traced yet. It is a 1989 vehicle, so I didn't really expect for it to go absolutely perfectly.

CURT Trailer Wiring Adapters Reviews

Convenient Installation. Works Well. Recommended.

Reviewed By Wilbur T (GREAT FALLS, MT) Reviewed for a 1978 Ford F-250 —11/14/2016 9:50 AM

My truck already has a 4-way flat, so this made the installation easier and cleaner. Splicing into wires is a necessary evil at times and this avoids that unpleasantness. The bracket needed a small bend to allow the door to open all the way so the plug-in will fit. This is the one with the LED lights that indicate which pins are working, but I wish I had purchased a separate tester instead. One LED light always stays on. Battery drain isn't a concern, but unnecessarily attracting attention is.
