Install took about an hour. Was very easy. Needed to use several washers to avoid exhaust from rattling on hitch.

We had to drill holes for the bolts and bought a $50 titanium drill bit. My 500x Easy frame is pretty thick and we toasted the bit. It came with 4 heavy duty fishing wires that held sturdy while fishing the bolts through. After the holes were drilled and my boyfriend finaggled the wires in place (took 5 mins), it was easy enough. You need two people to hold the beefy hitch in place. We drilled the holes from underneath and did not remove the muffler. Removal of the spare tire not needed.

Not too big, not to small, just what I needed. It's a step and a little extra protection against the idiots who like to bump bumpers when parking. Installation was easy. The little plastic wedge that came with it to eliminate wiggle was less than ideal. I used a wood shim which worked better.
