I have trailers requiring different size balls and of course the occasional rental trailer. Always was a pain to lug around and change out the individual balls but with this CURT setup, it's just a simple twist to swap sizes... about 5 seconds.

I have two different size trailers with different size balls. This hitch makes it very easy and safe to switch sizes.

This ball may be used for lite trailer but isn't worth your money if you haul a heavy boat or tow a tow dolley I used it to tow a car on a dolley when I tried to take ball off it was extremely hard and pin in ball fell out don't waste your money just spend a little more and buy a three way hitch not happy with product at all
