Curt Hitches are the best
The hitch would have been easy to install except for the roadblock added by the GM workers who locktighted the side frame bolts for which there is limited access and the bolts were very tight and had to be removed with a breaker bar and a 1/2" ratchet and a 6 point socket. It took 20 minutes for each bolt. One of the bolts had weld nuts that were misaligned and this bolt had to be shortened by 1/2" to go in.
well made, some oversites
This is a well made product with some simple to fix minor flaws. For one, the instruction do not make it clear that the connections in the car are under the upper trim panel. I found a better diagram on a Honda forum. More relevant is the inline fuse. The arrangement places the fuse behind all the plastic panels, which would require removing them to change a fuse. I replaced Curt's wire extension with one about 30cm longer, which brought the fuse into the spare tire well.
