With a boat trailer, toy box and camper parked out back, life should be complete. There's just one problem: they all stand at different heights. In a perfect world, you'd have three different trucks equipped with three different ball mount hitches. But, in the real world, you need a hitch that adjusts to connect with any trailer—you need the Trimax Adjustable Hitch Ball Mount.

Whether you're hitching up to a trailer that's sky high or hugging the ground, the Trimax Aluminum Ball Mount Hitch adjusts up and down in 1" increments and locks firmly into place. From deep drops to towering rises, this versatile ball mount lets you dial in the ideal height for safe, stable and secure towing. And, it comes in your choice of three sizes: 6", 8" and 12".

As easy on the eyes as it is easy to use, your Trimax Ball Hitch is built from sturdy aluminum and polished to a mirror shine. Rated at 10,000lbs gross and 1,500lbs tongue weight, this beauty has the strength of an all–steel beast. Best of all, it comes complete with a dual hitch ball, a hitch lock and a Lifetime Warranty.

Good Product

Good; I received the hitch faster than expected. Looks are good. Love the locking capabilities of the ball mount. Love the adjustability. Bad; The receiver locking pin is not designed for larger than a Class III hitch. It is about half an inch too short to lock. Do not be fooled by the pictures... You have to assemble the ball yourself. You will need two 1/2" drivers to tighten them together. This should have come from the manufacturer already assembled.

Hitch Ball Performance

Reviewed by Susan P (Valley Springs, CA) Reviewed for a 2014 Dodge Ram — Jul 09, 2014 6:59 AM

Overall, I'm pleased with my new RAZOR Aluminum Hitch Ball Mount. I was a little concerned with the strength of the height adjusting pin, but so far it is working just fine. When I originally ordered the RAZOR, I asked the salesman if the hitch pin was long enough to reach across a class 5 hitch. He said "I don't see why not". Well, it doesn't reach and I asked them to send me the correct 10K pin I needed for my 2014 RAM truck. As I expected, they never even responded to my request.

Excellent product

The adjustable ball mount and receiver works like a champ. With the 8" lift on my truck and towing my ski boat, the receiver pulls at the right level and toes great.

Nice Hitch

Reviewed by Greg M (O FALLON, MO) Reviewed for a 2015 GMC Sierra — Jul 02, 2014 12:03 PM

Impressed with the hitch assembly, seems to work well with great adjustability. Not impressed with the way it is sold! Hitch pin is too short for newer GM trucks and rather than order it the correct way or take care of the customer Auto Anything sends it wrong. You will have to then buy an additional longer pin if you buy this product. Could be easily avoided!

You can find aluminum hitches cheaper but this one is worth the price. This thing looks great on my truck, all the edges are all polished smooth. Every part of this hitch is secure, the ball mount locks into the hitch so it cannot be removed unless you unlock it with the key. And it came with the receiver lock included in the box!

Not only does it look awesome, it works just as good. Can't wait to get my new 20 foot enclosed trailer to see how it does with it.

I bought this a few weeks back and couldn't be more pleased. It's very stout, and looks great as well. Came with a nice carry bag too!
