Overall, I'm pleased with my new RAZOR Aluminum Hitch Ball Mount. I was a little concerned with the strength of the height adjusting pin, but so far it is working just fine. When I originally ordered the RAZOR, I asked the salesman if the hitch pin was long enough to reach across a class 5 hitch. He said "I don't see why not". Well, it doesn't reach and I asked them to send me the correct 10K pin I needed for my 2014 RAM truck. As I expected, they never even responded to my request.

Impressed with the hitch assembly, seems to work well with great adjustability. Not impressed with the way it is sold! Hitch pin is too short for newer GM trucks and rather than order it the correct way or take care of the customer Auto Anything sends it wrong. You will have to then buy an additional longer pin if you buy this product. Could be easily avoided!

You can find aluminum hitches cheaper but this one is worth the price. This thing looks great on my truck, all the edges are all polished smooth. Every part of this hitch is secure, the ball mount locks into the hitch so it cannot be removed unless you unlock it with the key. And it came with the receiver lock included in the box!

The hitch pin is too short for a class III hitch !!! Works just fine on a class II hitch . You have to call RAZOR to order the correct pin . Parts from AUTOANYTHING are supposed to be model specific for your vehicle , You should not have to spend an extra $10 for the right pin on a high dolar hitch mount !!!!

I was nothing but pleasantly surprised to see the kit include a hitch pin key-alike (same as adjustment pin). This is a classy unit and the keyed-alike hitch pin sent me over the top with excitement when it was received.
