For once the description of the product on the internet is exactly the product in the box. The chat representative was right on the mark.

I had a problem with the zipper at the end where it turns back on itself. Not enough room to make the turn, I had to take the stitching out zip it and stitch it back. Wish it had the padding on the tailgate, i'll put in my own. Overall it's great.

I have had a bed rug in my truck for the last 6 years, and simply took it from my 2011 to my 2017 Ford F150. It has held up really well, so when I was looking for something for the back of my 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon, and couldn't find something both durable and soft for the dog, I bought a universal BedRug and then made a template and cut it out of this product. looks great, and fully customized to my specific needs. Note, if you are into logos, the Universal product doesn't have one.
