The liner really does fit pretty well. Though it is not supposed to require any drilling and screws, you MUST use a few. The heavy plastic is quite warped in some areas causing it to stick out and no amount of double sticky tape can fix that.... I tried. The one you get may be better on this, but mine has places that must have holes drilled and screws used. This is especially true where the side bed liner fits up against the rear corner of the bed by the tail gate. They do not sit flat and the pull outward is more than tape can deal with: an obvious snag problem there. Also. the tail gate plate does mount on the two central door latch hardware mount, but the sides and center are all warped so badly that ONLY a screw will seat it down. I thought I could get the edges down with 2, nope, then 4, nope then 6.... 6 drilled and screwed holes finally had it down pretty well, but there are still edges sticking up 1/2" or so on the bottom of the tailgate edge. The heavy mat is excellent and will pretty well lay flat on it's own. Once it gets a bit warmer, I will trim it bit to lay flat. Note that even in teh picture, not so noticeable when looking to buy it, the floor mat is a bit curled up and buckled a bit.... mine looks just like it! Because of the warped plastic and such I gave it 4 stars only for overall: other than as noted, this is a very nice bed liner. Enjoy!
