      Tailgate mat not custom made for a 2016 Silverado. Wong shape and tailgate hard to latch until I trimmed the sides. Also came without install directions. Still a good mat.

      I would dare say that this is a "universal fit" not a custom fit as described. A couple of the mounting holes do not line up on the tailgate ribs. I still like it and have no doubt of it's toughness and ability to protect my tailgate.

      The mat is very heavy the only thing I did not care for was the screws that came with it very cheap. I used stainless steel self tapers. It also is generic fit for any truck wish it would have been make specific. Also before installing leave inside laying flat until it warms up.
