Smittybilt Contractors Rack Reviews

Does the job.

Nice heavy rack.Bought it to haul all my kayaks and pull my camper. Did not fit my 03 F150 stepside without drilling holes in the rear uprights.. Was willing to drill holes rather than try getting it all back in the boxes and shipping 210 lbs.. The directions were b&w photo copy which was not real easy to see pictures.Couple spots in the powder coat were down to bare metal.Still, a little touch up and all, a pretty nice rack for the $. High grade Chinesium for sure.

Adarac Truck Rack Reviews

Good Value for a Sleek Ladder Rack

Reviewed By James F (Kingwood, TX) Reviewed for a 2014 Ford F-150 —1/11/2017 10:56 AM

Received my Adarac model #70490 on time and install was quick and easy on my 2014 F150 Crew cab 5.5ft bed truck. Functions with my Undercover Flex three panel tonneau cover, if you reach in and unlatch the middle panel as well. Otherwise move the rear verticals an inch or two forward for panel clearance. The kit comes with three spacers per stake pocket. A bit confusing since all the online videos and photos in the instructions show two. Bought the rack to transport two 14ft kayaks. Great Value.

a must for 5.5 ft bed

Reviewed By Martin H (WOLCOTT, CT) Reviewed for a 2010 Ford F-150 —7/12/2015 2:09 PM

Now I have an 8' spread on my rack since I have a 5.5ft bed that great! Mounting to main rack was easy, assembling the front bar was impossible, I threw away the studs and lock nut provided since it crossthreads and won't screw completely. I used some modified 80/20 hardware with button head hex screws, looks clean now without the stud sticking out
