My wife an I got this because sleeping in our truck was not like it was when we was younger. The wife don't sleep to well when we do sleep in our truck. She started doing research an reading reviews an we got this one for many reasons. 1- The inside floor if it rains an water gets in the bed we'll be dry. an for the front cover. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT! But the post needs to match the directions colors. It didn't bother us you can tell where they go. Cant wait to use it more.

I bought this tent for an upcoming trip and did a test setup in my driveway. It took about 40 min by myself the first time after reviewing the instructions and watching the video on the Napier website. Unfortunately, I had the same experience that many other reviewers had and the actual tent pole colors don't match the written or video instructions, but a little trial and error and I was able to figure it out. I labeled the poles for future use to make setup easier.

'13 Toyota Tacoma short bed. AutoAnything had the lowest price and delivered quickly. Like others have said the poles weren't color coded but easy to figure out and mark with nail polish for the future. Quick set up once you figure it out, we did it outside the bed then moved it into the bed. We have a soft Tonneau cover so have to make padding adjustments at the back of the rails. Spacious and protects well from heavy rains, make sure to seal the seams first. I highly recommend this tent!

Nice looking tent. No instructions at all, used the picture on the bag and did a lot of guessing. Fly poles: one side OK, one side missing plastic sleeve and pin. Made up a pin so I could use it. Payed good money for the tent but whoever is their quality control should be flogged.

Wow this thing is great only thing is the instructions are not for informative the colors don't match up but a little commonsense with trial and error makes it pretty easy to figure it out. This thing works great and looks awesome. Got an air mattress to go with it and man it was a very cozy and comfortable camping trip.

The fact that the the tents are more-or-less universal fit (with variation in length of bed) and still fit pretty well was a pleasant surprise. Even with a rolled up bed cover at the cab, the tent easily pulled over it to cover it up while still maintaining functionality. The six bungee straps that are used to provide tension take some adjustment if you want it looking like the manufacturer's pictures (read: not lopsided and unclean). Overall, it is very nice.

Deliver was fast & I have used it a few times already. After a couple times installing and taking down it get's real easy and fast which is important if you get to your camp site late and it's dark & cold! A 4' x 6' blow-up mattress fits perfect and because the cab side window opens I can access the back window to run my electric air pump to the outlet inside the cab. The canopy is definitely a bonus to keep shade over the entrance or even a little rain. Great buy!

Definitely recommend setting up before heading to the campground. You will learn a few things about the tent the first time. Went to the beach and was pleased with how much wind and moisture that the tent repels. Comfortable sleep on an air mattress and anxious for my next campout.

I've now setup the tent on the truck twice and on the ground once. Did partial seam sealing during the on the ground setup, have more yet to do. Pleasantly surprised to find taped seams on the rain fly. Camped in the tent last weekend. Got to use the rain fly, and it kept things nicely dry, although I did get some leakage near the door where I had unzipped the front of the rain fly to clear the shade awning. So now I know where else to seal. Very please with my purchase.

Tent looks great, value is fair, installation instructions need some work, poles need to actually be the correct colors. If the instructions say to use specific colors, one would think they would actually all be colored correctly. Still, doesn't take a rocket scientist to put together. Directly out of the box, one pole had a broken elastic cord , which was replaced very quickly, found out later the awning pole was broken as well.
