We received our tent on 9/11/07 and used it for the first time on 09/15/07. A pole (olive green-tailgate pole) came splintered on one connection. I called Napier to order a replacement and was told I had to fax the order form, shipping number, model number from the tag on the bag, pole description, etc. I had to then go to the post office to send the $3.00 fax. I asked if there was anywhere else I could purchase a replacement and was told no that I had to follow this procedure. Not thrilled with Napier customer service especially when their product was defective/damaged item. I felt they should have taken the info over the phone, apoligized for the defect, inconvience, and sent the pole without any added expense. We'll see if the replacement is arrives. I highly recommend AutoAnything. Great comminication, shipping, etc. I will purchase from them again but probably not any Napier products.
