A couple weeks ago, we realized the napier dome to go tent was about the same as everything else in 70 mph wind. Miserable. The tent held, although it needed a little support on the end that doesn't attach to the car, we used the closest heavey and movable thing, a truck. The tent, on that side, needs some hooks high up so that it can be properly staked down. Where it attaches to the car holds quite well and the seal wasn't bad. it didn't rain very hard, so I cannot attest to the seal as far as water goes. Next time perhaps. I used some towels where the corners of my hatch touch the tent, to prevent the corners from tearing the tent. During the wind, the pole that holds the awning in place ripped the tent where the end of the pole holds. Oops. This won't happen if you unhook your awning during wind. Otherwise, the tent/car combo proves to be an excellent use of space, and virutally creates a more enjoyable camping environment. Cheers!

Was skeptical at first, but the thing really works - great quality too. Set it up in about 10 minutes with no problems. Highly recommended. I do have to agree with other reviewers - there is no way this tent will fit back into stuff sack provided.
