This is a fantastic product. The tent goes up very easily--ten minutes or so--and the sleeve that fits over the hatch of the van works SO well--we just had a great first-time trip with it, and it took all of 30 second to detach and drive out for a nice dinner--then re-attach when we returned (takes some careful backing to get centered with the tent again). So what if the tent does not fit easily back into its carrying case? What tent ever does? We keep ours in one of those large blue Ikea shopping bags--it is the perfect size. Or just slip it into a large plastic bag. Finally--AutoAnything is GREAT! They had the tent to us almost instantly.

We are very pleased with the tent after our first camping weekend. We first raised the tent at home to become familiar with it, so doing it again in the field was a zip. Our only point of disatisfaction was when not connected onto our vehicle, that area of the tent lacks any tidy management for the many straps. Also wish an affordable tent footprint was provided as an accessory. Once raised, the tent is very spacious as the sides are nearly vertical for the first 3-4 feet. With total height of about 7 feet tall, one can move about without stooping. The tent portals and zippers allow outstanding flexibility to adjust views, shading and air flow.
