Overall, the product itself is great. Once the installation was complete, I have been very happy with the product. Problem is, install was not easy. The installation instructions are worthless, doesn't even reference several aspects of the install that are critical and you have to "dry run" the location of the height of your spare tire because you can't make that adjustment once everything is installed. Or else you have to uninstall most of the pieces and readjust the height.

I have never thought that some little thing would work so well but I have one problem...the rubber bumpers that hold tire steady on tailgate...there are five of them where do I find thicker ones to accomadate the bigger tire?
