winch mount made easy

Reviewed By warren n (PEARCE, AZ) Reviewed for a 2009 Ford F-150 —2/26/2013 7:01 AM

Works as advertised. Mounted an old REP8000(bought in '99) and it fit like a glove, can be used either in my front or my rear receiver. Probably will never need or use it, for my truck anyway, but have pulled a few heavier and larger trucks out of the mud and may need it for that in the future. 3 miles of mud out to the highway every monsoon season here in SE AZ.

Works Great

Reviewed By Daniel M (Augusta, GA) Reviewed for a 2003 Toyota Tacoma —6/25/2015 5:30 AM

I use this for a portable wench capability for boht the front and rear of my Pickuo truck. It can also be used in a portable mode for pulling up trees, bushes or asisting in cutting down trees. All it takes is an external battery supply and you are in business. It really is a handy way to use your wench in a multitude of methods.

Warn Multi-Mount Winch Frame Reviews

great for winching application for both ends of vehicle

Reviewed By David P (Vernal, UT) Reviewed for a 2001 Toyota Tacoma —6/25/2009 7:35 AM

Beware that the multi-mount is only the beginning of the expenses to make this application work. The mount does not come with wiring to the rear of your vehicle. Additional heaving wiring, plugs, and switch are needed at a cost of $150.00. You will also need a receiver for both ends as well. Other than the expense I am pleased with having more practical use of my winch.
