I live in Texas and the sun is brutal. I bought two of these one for my wife's car and one for my truck. The fit is very good. It took a couple of time to find out the best way to put it on the windshield. Place the bottom in first and push it all the way to the bottom of the windshield then push up around the mirror and pull down the visors. If you don't do it this way you will knock your rear view mirror out of adjustment every time. These are a little harder to fold up due to their stiffness but they are of good quality and should last a long time. A little pricy but they do a much better job of reducing the heat than the cheap versions.

I purchased the Ultimate Reflector Car Sun Shade for a 2012 Chevy Malibu and thought due to it having to be "custom made" it would fill my entire windshield blocking out all the sun. I really like the quality of the build and materials but frankly was a little dissapointed with the fit. There are small gaps on both sides which if that was all would not have been that bad. The real dissapointment is the fit around the mirror which lets in way too much sun. I find I will have to make my own cover to block off the top and mirror area to finish off the job. With the cost and hype of this product I was really expecting a truly custom fit that would exactly fit my windshield and that simply is not the case.
