"I bought the 2008 Civic Covercraft sun shade because no other generic sun shade would fit in this vehicle as the window is very large. The Covercraft was made to exact specifications and is thick and ridgid to stay in place without falling.
Because of it's size (tall), it'll take up some space to store. It's more money for this unit, but it does the job great and it saves my car's interior for the hot California sun. I'd recommend it to others." —Philip K from San Jose, CA bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic.
"Probably my own fault, but having a Honda Civic makes removing and stowing to the back seat a bit challenging. However in the department of fit and finish it is an outstanding product! Of course, for $50 it should be. New Civics have a loooong greenhouse and good luck picking up one that fits at Wal-mart!" —Ron G from Leeds, AL bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic, Coupe.
"Great product it just takes more room to store but worth it based on how well it works." —Paul H from Mesa, WA bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic.
"Excellent on every aspect. Fits like a glove, the car is a lot cooler than with the other sun shades I have used previously. I will recommended 100%. Price is a little high but the difference in price is noticeable on the quality." —Oscar F from Doral, FL bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic, Sedan.
"The shade fits well. It's not perfect but, pretty darn close. Much better than than ANY shade I have used before. Makes a big difference in lowering inside temps. I will get one for the truck now. I would recommend to buy, even though it is a little expensive. It's worth it." —Gary H from Bailey, NC bought an Intro-Tech Automotive Windshield Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic, Hybrid.
"Anyone who has a recent Civic knows that the windshield is very tall. I couldn't find a sun shade anywhere that fit.
Covercraft's FITS PERFECTLY!!!
The only down sides are the price ($50!) and the oher day when I held it by the top corner, the material inside cracked (No big deal, really. You couldn't tell unless I told you.)
Overall, I think that it is worth the $50 (as long as they keep the shipping free) and is a very good product." —Brian C from Bradenton, FL bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic, Sedan.
"This product is the thickest I've ever bought. It blocks all sunlight,(important here in Texas). It covers at least 98% of the windshield. On a 10 star rating, I'd give it a 9." —John A from Dallas, TX bought an Intro-Tech Automotive Windshield Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic, Sedan.
"This is my 3rd sun shade from Covercraft for 3 different vehicles. They are the best and easiest to use of any brand that I am aware of. The fit is perfect and the protection is excellent. I never even look for other brands anymore when ever I add a new vehicle a new Covercraft is put on order as well." —James B from Madison, TN bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic, Sedan.
"I'm happy with the sunshade. I have been using the cheap ones for years, and I feel they are definately worth using.
However, they didn't fit that well. I just bought a new car with a large windshield area, and thought that there must be something better.
This product is far superior to the cheap ones. I don't know why they are not offered as accessories at the dealer. I think they would sell a lot of them.
If this lasts a few years, I will be very happy. Judging from the quality, I think it will last." —Helen W from Port Jefferson Station, NY bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic.
"The sun shade fits well and seems to be good quality. My only reservation is that it costs more than it should." —Harry M from Summerland Key, FL bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic, Sedan.
"This is the best windshield visor you can get!
The one downside is that they don't fold up small enough to maneuver easily within a 2dr car without stepping out." —Shea C from Memphis, TN bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Honda Civic, Coupe.
