"Wasn't sure about spending that much for a sun shade but I'm glad I did. Folds easy and fits perfect. A quality product. Thinking about getting one for each vehicle." —Linda K from Lyons, KS bought an Intro-Tech Automotive Ultimate Reflector Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Nissan Altima.
"This is good shade but, I did not like when you fold you can see the crease and it looks uneven but i think if not worried about that then the quality is good and it does bring you car temp. down cause i park my car in the sun, i don't have garage so this really works.." —Mayank A from Birmingham, AL bought an Intro-Tech Automotive Windshield Sun Shade for a 2008 Nissan Altima, Sedan.
"I'm very impressed with this sun shade. It's very sturdy, yet lightweight, easy to put in place, and my favorite part is how complete the coverage is. I'm pretty particular about my car (keep it obsessively clean :- ), park in the garage, get all the scheduled oil changes right on time, etc) so now, since I park outside for work 5 days a week, I'm so comfortable knowing it's protected now from the relentless sun!" —Linda F from Bixby, OK bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Nissan Altima, Sedan.
"The fit is perfect and this sunshade is a nice stiff coated board that will stay wedged nicely in the windowsill and keep a small gap preventing any sunlight through the ends.
Reflective coating definitely drives away heat as on a sunny day you can feel the surface temperatures vastly vary between the outward facing silver and the inward facing felty matte black.
The only problem is having a passenger, as removing the shade in my particular car requires putting the shade down and pulling it out on the side, it'll get in the passenger's face if you don't pull it out beforehand.
One other quip would be that on my particular model the size worked out just unfortunately so that there is a very small pleat at each end, these are more fragile and I've kinked them but it's just aesthetic.
I bought the bag too, but don't use it that often. Usually I drive solo so I just plop the shade down on the passenger side floor to have a reminder to use it." —Kevin W from Northridge, CA bought a Covercraft Car Sun Shade for a 2008 Nissan Altima.
