As dreary winter months give way to the dog days of summer, it's hard not to celebrate the change in seasons. But while you're working on your tan at the beach, your dash, upholstery and trim are cooking under the onslaught of scorching UV rays in the parking lot. Turn down the heat inside your ride and crank up the protection with the Coverking Roll Up Sun Shield.
Say goodbye to cracked dashboards, discolored upholstery and sizzling steering wheels. With the Coverking Sun Shade riding front and center, it shades your trim from harsh sunshine and keeps your cockpit from turning into an Easy-Bake Oven. The first line of defense is the reflective metallic Mylar outer layer that sends ultraviolet rays bouncing back into the atmosphere. Then, a center core of high-density foam insulates against overheating. Lastly, an inner Mylar lining adds rigidity to your Coverking SunShade, so it holds its shape over the long run.
Unlike those one-size-fits-all sun blockers printed with goofy sunglasses, your Coverking Sun Shield is completely custom tailored to your year, make and model. Working from advanced 3D scans, Coverking carefully builds and test fits your Sun Shield right here in the USA. When you're ready to roll, the Coverking SunShield rolls up and stores out of the way. And, Coverking covers your Roll Up Sun Shield with a 3-Year Limited Warranty.

Quality is great; it's well made and feels like it uses good materials. It is a little too big though. Maybe ½" to _" too wide and too tall. It works but if it was a little smaller, it would be easier to wrestle into place.

Too soon to tell how well it will hold up under daily use. I was using a competitor's heat shield for many years with good results. I went to order one for our Subaru and I thought their shipping charge was ridiculous, so I went with the Coverking. The Coverking shield fits the windshield better than the competitor's shields fit my other cars and my pickup truck.

I ordered a sunshield for a 2003 Buick LeSabre. The sunshield seemed to large for my windshield. When I place the bottom of the shield right against the windshield where the dash is connected, the top of the shield is about 2 inches higher than the bottom of my sun visor which is used to hold the shield in place. Also when the left side of the shield is placed right up to the pillar where is connects with the windshield the right side is about 3-4 inches too long.

if I had to change one thing it would be that it would fold up instead of roll up,in the rolled up position it wants to curl outwards as you're trying to put it into the window . That being said the performance of the silver backing reflecting the sun rays is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone , It works great. I especially love the way it fits around the rear view mirror tightly.

The major problem with the sunshade is the cutout for the mirror. It is too small and causes the shade to buckle in the center and not sit flat against the window. I bought two for different vehicles and the problem is the same on both. The custom cit is perfect but not worth the extra $$. Delivery was also very long.
