Fia Front Grille Covers Customer Reviews

Winter, spring, summer, or fall—all you have to do is call on your Fia Front Grille Cover for full year protection.
Cold bursts of winter air suck the life out of your engine. But, they’re no match for the Fia Front Grille’s winter panel. The secret is its heavy-duty, quilted screen which regulates your engine’s temperature allowing it to perform even in the most frigid of climates.
Once the snowmen have melted, swap out the winter panel for the summer bug screen. The interchangeable mesh Fia bug screen keeps the onslaught of bugs out of your radiator and off of your grille. And, it’s not only made to last with tear resistant material, but also looks great and cleans easily.
What’s more, installation is a snap, literally! Using a simple peel and stick fastening method, “Stick a Stud”, you can easily interchange the Fia front grille covers with no drill technology. Simply unsnap the winter panel and snap on the bug screen. And, your Fia grille cover is covered by a 1-year warranty.

Read the instructions... Match up the mesh for the install before you put on the quilted cover. It all matches. I also after looking at reviews, Went down to the hardware store (Lowes) and just bought some Stanley screw snaps to replace the plastic ones. If your looking for them, they are next to the tarp

Very functional and easy to install. Appearance, Price/Value, and Quality ranked 4/5, because there is no competitive product to compare to for mid 90's f-series pickups. The cover is serving its purpose well, and a good value.

The material looks nice and is heavier duty than I thought it would be. The bug screen is nice also. I had cleaned and prep prepped the grille for the stick on snaps and half of them popped off within a couple days and so used super glue to hold them on.

As stated it is an economy cover. The overall fit and finished look is good, but the adhesive stick buttons aren't up to standard. I can see me going through these cause they don't stay adhered as desired. I am going to have to order some already and have not had the cover very long. I installed it according to the directions and let the studs cure for 24hra before attaching the cover.

Greetings from Texas, I want to know about the Fia bug screen and how it will work for my Tahoe.
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Jun 15, 2012 3:26 PM
Thank you for your inquiry about a bug screen for your Tahoe. This is dual purpose; it comes with a bug screen for the summer and a winter blanket to help the engine warm up if you lived somewhere cold. In Texas you likely will only need to use it as a bug screen and would never need the quilted part of it. It would come in handy if you ever were traveling somewhere that gets a winter.
