Intro-Tech Automotive Windshield Snow Shade Reviews

5 star, quick, easy, quality

Reviewed By John N (Littleton, CO) Reviewed for a 1999 Lexus RX 300 —1/31/2013 7:00 AM

Bought these for two of our cars that sleep outside. After you adjust the sizing of the plastic snap clip, it is easily a less-than-60-second install when snow is expected. Had sleet, snow here in Denver earlier this week, so was able to try them out. They work exactly as advertised. Brushed off the snow from car, then removed the snow shield. The windshield was TOTALLY clear (just like our cars that sleep in the garage). No more ice scraping needed on the front. Would highly recommend.

Auto Snow Cover on a Suburban!

Reviewed By Jan G (DELAFIELD, WI) Reviewed for a 1999 GMC Suburban —12/6/2014 9:44 AM

I have a '99 GMC Suburban, and Covercraft advised me that the cover is definitely NOT for that vehicle because it isn't big enough. BUT, I didn't really need the full coverage the Auto Snow Shield provides when properly fitted. I needed to keep snow AND FREEZING RAIN(!) off the windshield and the four side windows/doors. And THAT it does very well. Sooo, if you have a vehicle that you think is too big for the Snow Shield, consider what you really need the cover to do.
