Intro-Tech Automotive Windshield Snow Shade Reviews

So far, so great!

I own an 08 Scion xB (gen2)and found the fit of this snow shade to be pretty good! It's already saved me a lot of scraping. Due to the nature of a snow shade, it takes a moment or two to put up and to take down, but compared to how long it takes to scrape snow and ice off the windshield when you're trying to get to work on time, I'll take the snow shade any day. We haven't gotten a real good ice/rain storm yet, so I don't know how well it protects against ice glaze, so we'll have to see.

Intro-Tech Automotive Windshield Sun Shade Reviews

Great for the price

Reviewed By Ed F (GRAND PRAIRIE, TX) Reviewed for a 2011 Nissan Juke —5/27/2015 8:59 AM

This was the least expensive shade I found with good reviews. It fits against the inside of the windshield snugly with a notch to go around the mirror stalk. It is rigid enough when open to stay in place but folds up accordion style fairly compactly. It seems well-made of what feels like a foam(insulating?) core sandwiched between the silver and black facings with a fabric piping stitched around the perimeter. It blocks the sun and a lot of the heat as well. Happy!
