The installation was tricky for me, and I wasn't aware you need to "prep" your windshield by cleaning it twice (once with soap, once with the cloth they provide) which adds 20 minutes to the process. After cleaning, you need to figure out which bracket fits your car and attach it to the wipers. The trickiest part for me was then figuring out how to slide and click the wipers onto the arms. Once I did, they looked great. Nice and small, and SUPER quiet when they run - can't wait for rain.

To install I had to buy a set of vacuum hose adapters since my vehicle had 1/4" tubing ($4 for the parts). I used two huge worm screw hose clamps to mount the bracket to my power brake booster, it works out well. Installation was easy once I figured out where to place the unit. In cold weather below 20F my wiper fluid will freeze to the windshield until the defroster warms the windshield, and I use high quality -20F fluid, wasn't expecting that.
