I recently purchased a K&N filter from AnythingAuto for my wife's car.I got a great price and free, fast shipping from AnythingAuto but I'm really dissapointed in K&N's manufacturing quality. The adhesive around the edge that holds the rubber outer seal to the filter is poorly applied (see photo)and extends 10%to15% onto the filter area. I called K&N and they promptly sent me 2 replacements (one by accident)They were even worse. I ended up trying to pick the best of the three(see photo) and sent the others back. I've always used K%N in the past but now I'm not so sure I'll use K&N again.

As soon that the filter was delivered I was running to the jeep to get it install. I was stone at the same moment when I started it and jump out to ear the engine and it was like music to my ears. Take it for a ride in a little trail and it its incredible the change that it makes, you can feel the air coming in to the engine K&N Great product Will recommend it to anyone

I can see the difference in both the engineering over those heavy paper types and the fuel economy I get. They are in all of my family's vehicles and they have been in all of mine (totaling 8). There may be similar knock-offs out there, but I will always buy "the original, K&N"
