I needed a new air filter for a Chevy Venture and found a standard paper one in a parts store for about $30. I decided to wait a while to see if I could find a K&N filter online. I knew it would be more than the paper filter but, for only about $10 more I would have a filter that lasts forever!! I looked around on several sites and this site had the filter for the same price as everyone else with cheaper shipping. Installing the filter was difficult. That's not the fault of K&N, though. Chevy buries the airbox and it doesn't help being 20 outside at the time of installation.

I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE EVERY TIME I SEE A SOUP UP'D CARIT HAS ONE OF YOUR FILTERS ON IT. I ASED MY SON IN DENVER ABOUT IT AND HE SAYS THAT THE OIL IN THE FILTER CAN GET INTO THE ENGINE INTAKE. MY OTHER SON JUST LEFT WITH MY MINI VAN TO DENVER. I HOPE I MADE A RIGHT DECITION

I was looking to get a little more gas mileage on my truck. With the K&N filter I get about a mile more per gallon. I was looking for about 2 but 1 gallon is still good. Horsepower is a little better to. Overall I'm satisfied.
