In my experience K&Ns usually yield about 5-10HP, but can give more or less. It is all related to everything else on the truck. You'll get more out of a K&N if you have a free-flow exhaust, than if it were bone stock with the exception of the filter. You also may pick up 1-3MPG if you resist the temptation to keep your foot off the long pedal.
