I have only had the filter installed for a couple of weeks, but my "in town" milage seems a little better. There is an improvement in performance. I am going on a road trip tomorrow so we will see how much (if any) it improves my MPG.

I'm getting 1 mpg more [15 to 16mpg]['90 F250 diesel], which translates to 1 gal a week [$4.80]. It will pay for itself quickly.

Hey,this is a no brainer. You buy the filter one time in the life of the vehicle. You save money. You save time. You get a few extra horsepower. You run more efficiently. You save more money. But the downside is...nope...no downside unless you sell paper air filters!

The best part about the K&N is that it practically lasts forever! The added fuel efficiency and power are also good side effects.
