K&N is known to be a performance brand, but a drop in air filter will not add extra power to a car that can not benefit from its max capacity, most naturally aspirated cars will not see many gains. for me on the other hand, it added an extra Horse, and allowed lesser restriction for my turbo charged, stage 1 tuned 04' Saab 9-5, and allowed it to breath better. Good quality, and should last the life time of the car

I've used K&N filters on my last 3 cars. You can definitely notice a bit more pep...especially on turbocharged vehicles. It seems to breathe better. The other great thing is that the fiter will last longer than the car! K&N filters are the real deal.

I have purchased K&N filters in the past and have always been impressed with the additional power and gas savings that I have gotten and this time is now difference. I'm getting over 2 MPG better gas mileage in town and have noticed better power in acceleration when passing, getting onto freeways, etc.

K&N air filters are the best there is. Little pricey, but it boosts performance and is the last air filter you will ever buy. Too bad the air filter is so hard to reach on my Saab 9-5 (under the car!). Maybe that's all the more reason to get a filter you will never replace. Great product though.

This is my second filter. The first was for another car. I have not noticed the increase in fuel economy as stated in the advertising with my first one. However, because I own a SAAB and always have to order air filters, it is easier to clean it than order a new one

I loaded this thing into my 25K mile 2005 9-5 Aero and noticed a slight jump in both power and noise right away. I didn't see the improvement in gas milage I was hoping for most likely because I can't keep my foot out of this car. I really felt the diff, and folks outside the car hear it. So at any rate if it just outlasts paper OEM filters, it pays for itself, with theother stuff as a free bonus.

Don't believe the HP hype. If your only changing the air filter, you will not get 10 HP (unless your paper filter has leaves & small dead animals in it)! Anyway, much better in every way compared to your stock paper filter even if gains are not noticable.
