I have used K&N Filters for many years in our race vehicles and personal vehicles. You always notice a difference right away with better throttle response. I highly recommend replacing the standard air starving paper filter in any car.

Purchased filter for my 2010 ford fusion se v6, performance was slightly noticeable but was disappointed with the fact I got no mpg gain. I took car for a test run and realized I had actually lost a mpg instead on gaining, other than that it does sound good under the hood. I would recommend this product not so much for the gain in power or mpg but for the simple fact that u won't need another air filter again, it pays for itself after your first oil change.

Added horsepower noticed immediately! No more throwing money away on paper filters which cost a third of the price of a K&N from Autoanything.

I purchased a K&N filter for my 2006 Ford Fusion 3.0L V6. The install was a breeze and the filter seemed to be of a lot higher quality than the paper filter I took out (duh). It definitely felt like a good fit and seal. I haven't noticed any performance gains in mpgs or power, but it'd be hard to tell the difference between 220hp and 222hp or whatever. I'll be happy with my purchase if it lasts forever like it says it will.

Installation was very easy. It's an OEM replacement so if it wasn't I wouldn't blame K&N anyways... I drive a 2007 Mercury Milan, AWD, 3.0L V6. I've been averaging ~20 MPG over a few thousand miles, 80% highway. Since installing the K&N filter it has been creeping up. The engine is punchier, and also has a better sound.

I just installed a K&N filter in my 2012 Fusion and checked the mileage on the highway noticed an increase of 2 to 3 mpg. and improved power. I have one in my GMC pick-up and had the same results. I would highly recommend.
