I put it on my manual transmission elantra and it works great. The old filter I would have to gas it to get it right at the friction point in first gear. With the kn filter, it creates more ati flow where I can ease off the clutch and not have to gas it. I have on filter on all my motorsports to and recommend this to everyone

I noticed an increase of 3-4 mpg more with this filter. That almost 50 miles further per tank of gas. Not bad at all. Car breathes much better and has more of a kick to it. Since it's a life time filter I also save money on future filters.

I have used K&N filters for years. They are an excellent alternative to the old style filters. In the end you save money over standard filters since you never have to replace them, you just clean and re-oil them every 50K miles or so! Use of this product is not illegal and will not void your new car warranty.

I have the K&N air filter on our new 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring. Pick up has improved greatly; not enough time to judge the mileage yet. I have K&N on my 2000 Ford Ranger XLT, and had one on our 2000 Toyota Avalon XLS (our trade in on the new car) both improved in pick up and mileage so when we bought our new car, I wanted to do it right from the "get go".
