I didn't do much for my horsepower. If you drive it everyday you may notice a very slight difference. It WILL, however, improve your fuel economy. I went from 22.5 mpg to 24.5 mpg in my 1998 Grand Prix GT. That's not a marginal difference at today's gas prices. This thing paid for itself in 4 months. My friends who have tried it all report an extra 2-2.5 mpg improvement. I've been using this air filter for over 6 years, I've only had to clean it once, and the engine runs great for a car w/ 124k.
