"The main difference that I can discern with changing the air filter on my 2007 Ford Sport Trac II with the 4.6L V8 is that I don't get the bogged-down acceleration after idling for a few minutes at a stoplight. The truck does seem to skidaddle a little quicker, but I don't have a dyno to test any true results.
