When installed on a truck that has been straight piped it sounds amazing! I installed complete Airaid intake on a Hummer H2 and straight piped it and it sounds like a race car!

Easy to install. No idea about any extra HP or gas milage. I have only been doing short city driving. My commute to work is no more than 10 miles a day. I will have to wait a bit until I can make a decent highway trip to see if my milage improves. Overall, I am satisfied.

I purchased a MIT to go along with my Volant Air box, works great, sounds tough... highly recommend.

Okay, the volant by it self showed a little bit of deeper tone and mind performance improvement. The addition of the MIT definitely eases the breathing of the engine. Minor difference during full-throttle take offs and defintely louder but not objectionable, seems to whistle a little bit, but nothing like the K&N FPIK I had on my Yukon, all loud, not really performance improvement. Anyway, where I notice a huge difference is acceleration above 70mph, like the engine has new life, pull is longer, easier and stronger. Now all that said, don't expect a MPG increase with any of these products, have Volant box, Airaid MIT and Jet Stage 1 chip, only get around 11.5 mpg, got around 12 mpg before (city driving, highway may change but have not tested it yet with the MIT addition)
