Perfectly satisfied with the product performance. I didn't feel too much of a power increase but I was getting better milage. The worst part is that obnoxious whistle! It was so annoying that I took the spacer out and tossed it on the floor in my garage. Complete waste! Your truck will constantly sound like a belt is slipping. Not worth it!

I am very disappointed in this product. No increase in MPG and no difference in throttle response. It made my SUV sound like it had developed asthma with the obnoxious whistling and wheezing! Everyone that got in my SUV asked what is that terrible noise! I was also disappointed to learn that Autoanything would not take it back since it was "used" once I installed it. save your money and stay way from this!

I added the throttle spacer along with a K&N cold air system and I can really and i mean really tell a big difference in the way my ram runs, and it sounds different too.. What can i say other then "Nice Very Nice !!!" OH and I do get 3.7 miles per gallon better then before and i did add a ACD Chip also about a week after.

Not a bad product. Installed on 5.7L with 46k miles and cold air intake. Easy installation. Too early to tell about mileage, noticeable low end power increase. "Whistling" noise advertised is more like a belt squeal. Squeal noise makes me want to return it but the subtle power increase at low rpm's is exactly what I was looking for. Probably going to keep it.

Excellent quality of material, but not sold on performance gains. I have a previously installed Bully dog tuner and K&N filter already in my vehicle. I installed the spacer and have seen NO noticeable hp or mileage gains. All we have noticed is the "whistle".
