I'm sure it works as needs to on the stock application. I had already installed a BBK 70 mm throttle body, so it didn't work well on the BBK. I tried it but took it off shortly after that.

I recently purchased the Airaid throttle body spacer, and along with the Airaid cold air intake, it has put some real rev in my pony car! The throttle body spacer is solid, well-crafted, looks great, and makes the CAI much more efficient. This was definitely a good buy!

Between this throttle body spacer and the air intake I purchased, I am receiving a little bit more hp and 32mpg highway. GREAT BUY and cheap!

Easy install other than a little tight around the cooling system hose clamp under the throttle body. Stretches the electric wires that plug to the throttle body a bit too. Nothing really you can do about that. I just cut the wire wrap guard back a tiny bit to take the strain off of the wires. I was worried about that. Delivers promised low to mid power gains. Whistle noise not a problem with me. Sounds great and only really heard on hard acceleration. Engine temp runs a bit higher than before.. Temp needle quickly goes to about the half way mark and stays there. According to techs, that is normal and not a problem. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Only just installed poweraid on my 2006 mustang V6 4 Ltr. Wireing to the throttle body is quit tight and I hope I don't have future problems. Have not noticed imported power but I have not really push the throttle wide open yet. Same for improved milage as I have not even gone through a tank of gas since the installation. Will report in a few months.

Upon installing my Airaid on my 2006 Mustang, I felt the an increase in power and a decrease at the pump. When accelerating, it does produce a rather loud whistle.
