Kit was very easy to install, everything fit perfectly; finished including decals in less than an hour. Increase in performance was very pronounced, and idles much lower than before. Gas mileage has dramatically improved, but don't have hard numbers as yet. Definitely growls when you put your foot in it, and increased acceleration! No, extra engine noise noted between 60-75 mph.

Putting the intake on was easy took about an hour and a half for me and I'm 16 and don't know a whole lot about motors, you don't even need the directions. I've noticed an increase in throttle response and mpg (if i could keep my foot out of it) engine noise is amazing right around 3k RPM's. i would recommend to everyone.

I did the install on my 05 Tundra. It took about an hour. The first thing I noticed was the sound. The truck has a deeper sound when on demand. At first I noticed a high pitch whistle sound but that went away after 5 miles of so. The power really comes out at the high rpm band. And I have noticed less lag at the start. I also installed a throttle body spacer at the same time. My results may be compounded.

Looks good when you raise the hood. Installation went off without a hitch. However, it would have been easier if the pictures with the instructions were clearer. More responsive when you hit the pedal. Have not put a full tank through yet. But, at the rate the needle is going down, anticipate better mpg.

I have used K&N products serverl times. Easy to install and good instructions. This is my first chromed version of their product, very sweet. Open the throttle and hear the power!! Autoanthing rocks, good pricing and shipping is lightning fast.

I was able to install this in my 05 Tundra limited with the help of a friend in about an hour. The directions were simple and easy to follow. I absolutely love the sound it makes when you stomp on the gas! I haven't been able to determine if the gas mileage is any better (because I keep stomping on the gas!) but I can definitely feel a difference in the added horse power. This is MUST HAVE for sure!

Well this Intake was a Birthday present for my boyfriend, and when i gave it to him he was so surprised and happy. He could not wait to put it on the truck. Now our one year anniversary is coming up and I also ordered his Billet Grill from AutoAnything.com and I can't wait to see the look on his face when he gets it. The prices are low and the quality on the product is the best when ever I need any other auto accessories I will order from the website.
