Overall a good product. It was easy to install and I immediately noticed a difference with my throttle response and now my engine has a smoothness to it. Basically it doesn't feel so bogged down by lack of air. I get better fuel mileage as well and as far as noise under the hood, I can definitely hear a deeper engine noise but only when I accelerate quickly or am going uphill.

K&N is king! I love my intake! The added performance is undeniable. It not only makes my 03 Sierra run great, but it sounds great too. The installation wasnt as easy at it was made to seem though. The rubber sleeve that connects the throttle body and the intake was very short, causing the clamps to keep slipping off when I tried tightening them to secure the intake to the throttle body. And if you have a TBSpacer like i do, you have to cut some of your fan guard to make it fit. All worth it tho!

got it without all the parts didnt want to wait for them to send me the parts so i went and got them from the local auto parts store was missing washers bolts and nuts that was supposed to be included.... performance is just what they say better low end torque and if you dont mash the pedal every time you stop then you should see an improvement in gas mileage

Delivered immediately. Putting it on took me two days of exhausting work. The large hose will not bend and made of hard plastic. I had the hardest time aligning the hose so there would not be an air leak in the system. The book on how to install it needs some refining - it was not as advertised. How do you get the light for "check the engine" came on immediately - how do I shut it off without having to go to a dealership and loosing my warranty.
