This was very easy to install, the step-by-step directions were exact and easy to follow. It appears to give the truck a quicker throttle response, haven't tested pulling camper or for mileage change yet.

After installing this K&N Cold Air Intake (which was exceptionally easy) my Duramax started purring like a kitten. The idle just smoothed out. I haven't checked the mileage yet, but I'm sure it has been positively affected. I wouldn't buy any other brand.

Having used K&N filters on other vehicles (and my chain saws) for over 20 years, I pretty much got what I was expecting and I know from experience THEY WORK

It tok me and my son about 25min to install our 57 series air intake on our 6.6 litre duramax. All the parts were right there. Excellent molded plastic tube and K&N quality filter. The new air box is a little cheap looking but it is ok. You can just here the large amount of air that is being pulled in, great power. THANKS AuoAnything!!

Easy to install, results seen with increase MPG within the first 500 miles. I ask myself why didn't I install the K&N three years ago?

Great product for a great price. Youll notice a major difference in throttle response increase and horsepower. The only bad thing was the trouble with the shipping of the product.

I installed the K&N 57 series intake on my 2006 silverado 6.6 duramax. I have not driven it enough yet to determine if fuel mileage is better, but the truck does seem to have more power. It only took me about 45 minutes to install could have taken less but the directions weren't the easiest to follow for someone who has never done one before.

I have been very impressed with the performance of the K&N air intake system. I had my ECM reprogrammed for several months before installing the new K&N, which I was well pleased with the performance, but the K&N has enhanced again my gas mileage and power. Would highly recommend the K&N air intake for any individual wanting added performance over original equipment. My diesel duramax runs down the road empty with an average of 23 to 27 mpg.

Easy to install. Filter should be about 1/2 inch shorter. It is a pain to get in and out of the new air box. Performance improved. Had a bit of a lag before on Duramax running with Edge attitude and Magnaflow dual exhaust and a K&N filter in the stock intake. Lag is gone now. Much smoother launch. Have not driven far enough to test mileage improvement. Seems to be a bit better on fuel.
