Have used K&N on all my vehicles especially my ford trucks. That being said this intake system took bout 45min in the dark. The hose clamps they sent for top or passenger side turbo did not fit (3.5L ecoboost 2013 FX4).had to use factory clamps. Plus the whole Y pipe is cast a little off had to tighten clamps on top 1st them hook to large turbo Other than that sound is just a whoosh at 1st pedal. More turbo spool up sound. Fuel economy both city & highway up 1-2 MPG

Honestly this is the first vehicle i feel that it was not helpful. I have installed 4 of these on previous vehicles. the 2014 ecoboost f150 did not seem to even care for it. i did not notice more power, aggressive engine rumble like i have in my previous vehicles. Gas MPG did not change at all and for the first time ever i did not have all the clamps i needed to install this and it was a much MUCH tighter fit! the hoses seemed way to long and i had to bend the turbo hose A LOT to get it to fit!

Just got my intake filter kit installed Thursday. Can feel the better throttle response, I am sure towing my RV will be a breeze with additional horsepower. Very happy and plan to shop with you more in the near future.

Thr product does what it says it will do. Nice to see mileage increase as your driving. The only downside is the rubber bands they supply to tie old to new need to be a little wider. Get one side on then the other side comes off. Other than that works great.

Super easy to install. One of my clamps was so tight I had to go buy a larger one, but other than that, half hour install. Sounds great, not over the top at all. Love the whooshing sound as you accelerate. Just got back from a 1500 mile round trip and averaged close to 20mpg with all else stock. So far on the daily drive to work and back, I have noticed a mpg gain. Haven't towed with it, and that's how I determine power gain, so not real sure there yet.
