What an awesome product. The install took about 45 min. Have to make sure that the screw is tightened under the tube to make sure it doesn't move. Sounds great. Can definitely notice that it is easier to accelerate up to 3000-4000 rpm. Haven't tested the mpg yet but I'm sure it will be a little bit better. Overall, I'm very pleased with the performance as well as the blue tubing for this intake. Looks sick.

OK. I know what you're thinking. An intake system doesn't make a difference right? Well you'd wrong bc k&n garrentees a horsepower increase. Plus it looks way better than that stock intake. Forget buying paper filters and just recharge every 50k miles. Your engine will finally have that deeper rev sound. The sound of satisfaction. Treat your car right and let it get all the air it needs. My Element is running like a champ now with this upgrade. I recommend you buy K&N intakes. They rock!

installation was not hard, as long as you have the proper tools. the throttle response has significantly improved as well as gas mileage. got me from palm desert to LAX with only half a tank! a big difference from before, which would of used at least 3/4. a great buy

If I had paid more for the Typhoon, I would have been really upset, but since I got such a good deal on it, I can't really complain. I feel that the element actually has lost some of it's "get up and go". When you gun it, it really feels sluggish, but when you just accelerate, you feel the added power. After 3 tanks of gas, I think I have gained about 1 mile per gallon. For the gain in fuel economy, I guess it was a good buy. I have not ruled out taking it off and going back to stock.

For the 2003 Honda Element, it was easy to install. One part ,a grommet was missing from package. K & N overnight-ed the part to me with one phone call. USA quality in each part of this system. More HP and MPG . Well worth the money !
