Very impressed with this new high flow air filter. My civic si sounds like a new car! Moderately tough installation, the hardest part was removing the existing airbox. Gains in hp, tq, gas mileage, and sound?! Why wouldn't you buy this? Definitely recommend to any car enthusiast.

Great air intake system. Sounds amazing especially when you hit vtec. It is not noticeable when on low rpms which is great for neighborhoods but let it rip and you definitely know it's there. The car feels stronger (maybe it's just the noise) but I love it. The Finishing of the product could have been better plastic bits stuck in the air filter but were easily removed. In my honda civic si 2007 the air intake pipe rubs on the radiator hosing this giving it a higher temp but can be rerouted.

Great intake. Had installed one previously. Simple installation. Great power gains. Looks cool, sounds great. On a side note, I purchased this for a 08 civic si. The SI has a "fresh air supply" hose that K&N incorporates into it's setup. It's almost a cold air short ram hybrid. Satisfied purchase!

I've been debating one of these for years. I finally found it on AutoAnything for the lowest price and decided to go for it. Wow, I wish I would have bought one years ago! Install is pretty easy, just read the directions and follow it step by step. The only thing I didnt do was always read a step ahead. You pull a hose that starts dumping to coolant, if you always read a step ahead, you can prevent loosing all but an ounce. Just a heads up. Enjoy It!

For the 8th gen Civic Si (2006-2011) this is the best intake in my opinion. It is high quality, easy to install, and has a C.A.R.B. decal so it is 50 state smog legal. It also has a clever heat shield that incorporates the lower cold air inlet from the stock air box. Very happy with this purchase, I just wish it came in another color that silver.
