I purchased and installed the 69 Series Typhoon Intake System on my 2015 Scion xB and I am so happy I did it!!! Power boost is amazing as well as the sound. But what is the best is the increase mileage. I just returned from a 1500 mile road trip and I increased mileage almost 4 miles per gallon!!!!

It does what it claims. While the hp and tirque increases are modest, they make a noticeable difference in passing. Mpg has been unchanged by the mod. Clearance is kind of tight in my vibe gt because of the strut tower brace but installation is easy.

The application I used on my car was not really for my car a 2009 Pontiac Vibe GT. The tech that installed the Intake System said that it was an easy install and no real modifications. K&N should really expand their applications of thie system.

Only have had it on for a couple of days, but a noticeable difference immediately in terms of throttle response. Put it on a 2010 Scion xB, and the typhoon defintely will not make it a rocket, but did increase performance. Not enough miles to tell on fuel economy but definitely worth it for power. Installation was slightly more difficult than instructions stated due to the instructions being for 3 different model years, all with some minor changes in motor design and component locations, but still was able to complete within 1.5 hours without problems.
