I never realized how restrictive the stock air filter housing was in my genesis coupe until I switched it out with this. I could immediately hear the difference. It's much cleaner sounding. I could never hear my blow off valve before but now it's been like 2 weeks since I turned on the radio cause it sounds so good!

Arrived on time in good condition, Very good price with the Columbus Day sale. Fairly easy install. One of the noisiest air intake systems I have installed. there is no silencer and when the blow off valve releases pressure, it sounds like a toilet flushing. But I knew that from the YouTube videos I watched. So far, it seems to improve gas mileage 2 mpg. There does seem to be an improvement in torque, but I'm just starting modifications to this 2.0T motor.

This is a stellar piece of equipment in every way! Not only a good value for the money, but now-legendary K&N "filtercharger" quality with absolutely stunning fit and finish in this application. I'd pay a little more for brass PVC fittings (in lieu of cheap, 21st century plastic), but I'm not complaining...It's just too good overall!

Installed the typhoon on my sons 2011 Genesis Coupe. It fit perfect and has a very nice sound. You can hear the turbo spool while picking up speed. Overall i like the design of the air intake and the large size K&N Filter.

Installation on my 2010 Hyundai Genesis coupe 2.0T was very easy. Excellent intstructions with great pictures. Took about 45 minutes. I can now hear the turbo spool up and the blow off valve working. Sounds like my car is alive. I might have picked up 1mpg but have only gone through three or four tanks of gas. Power increase really isn't notable but this is a stepwise work in progress. Next is an exhaust, then a tune.

the install of the K&N intake was easy fit and finish is great it looks like a factory part from hyundai.there's a gain in power in the low end that you can really feel.and improved MPG but when you step on the gas there's a swoosh sound as the turbo pulls in air that will turn heads.some may not like it but it's not as bad as you might think and after a while you don't even realize it anymore.
