i wasnt too sure what to expect out of my car after installing this, i just knew that any upgrade to the intake system would be beneficial to the engine, but i was really pleased when i noticed the improved throttle response.awesome product.

I put this on two weeks ago and my car definitely sounds much better. I haven't seen a big different on my gas range tho (No improvement). I'll definitely suggest this product to anybody. I do wish my car was manual but still sounds pretty damn good when I drive on semi-automatic.

The shield doesn't fit perfectly and hard to install and doesn't connect to the fresh air perfectly. It is too talk and the hood hits the shield when close and make weird noise. The elbow connector break easily. Other than that , it performs good.

Quality of parts and packing was top notch, but fitment took a lot of "fiddling" to get right. The front of the heat shield sits too high (had to bend down the supporr at the battery) and the duct does not fully connect to the existing fresh air duct (keeps slipping out). The sound is not existent at cruise (which is nice) but does have a nice deep moan under load.

Generally a solid, well made intake kit. Install is pretty simple. Some bending and tweaking to make the heat-shield fit. Pros: Very good quality, well finished, heat shield included, straight forward install, K&N supplied dyno sheet to back up power claims. Cons: pricy vs. other intakes, some bending and twisting needed to make brackets and shield fit, weather-strip trim looks awkward on shield, breather hose supplied won't fit Camry flange, no way to verify dyno claims.
