Install took about 30 minutes. No intake snarl due to the turbo, but you can deffitnily hear the turbo spool and the wastegate working now, which sounds great. There are more expensive kits out there, but if you are looking for something basic this is a good system that you know will work.

I am really happy with this purchase, you can really feel the added horse power and plus you can hear the blow off Valve "pshhh" as you press the clutch or let off the throttle (on a stock BOV!) thus far very happy with the purchase highly recommend buying it!!

This is the second time I have done this to a MINI S. It gets more air to the turbo, and makes the car quicker, but louder. The only negative would be that there were no car specific instructions, and if I hadn't done this before, it could have been ugly. Shipping was spot on.

The order was delivered fast and I installed it the next day after reviewing the directions and watching the available video it was a breeze. The first start was scary due to the increased noise I could now hear from the turbo spinning, I though something was wrong but figured it out. I feel the increase in power and the motor sounds happier.

Installed this to get rid of the stock paper filter and for the looks of the intake. Power gains are minimal, car feels like it revs a little more freely though. Switching away from stock air box gives a nice wastegate sound that was previously muffled, always worth a grin.
