The typical K&N quality is Incorporated in this item. The installation instructions need work particularly on what Hardware to use where. A couple of photos showing the hardware installation after installation would be very helpful

The instructions aren't very clear, especially the photographs. It is sometimes hard to discern exactly what's being conveyed in the pictures, even with the written directions. However, I figured it all out, got it installed, and it added nice, pony sounds. And increased power. However, it does not seemed to have helped my gas mileage much. Not that I'm complaining too much. The guys who man the chat lines are top-notch, superb dudes who appear to know their stuff. Great help. Thanks!

Everything went well except that the vent hose connection on the new housing was about 2 sizes two big for the supplied hose. Then the hose was loose fitting on the connection at the valve cover. Poor design on this part of it. Emailed K&N tech department over a week ago about this and still no response from them.

Not hard to install when you take your time. It took about 2 hours to install. Looks great, sounds even better. You can hardly tell when the engine shifts, almost seamless. Car runs better and RPM's are lower when at higher rate of speed. Not year sure about gas mileage since I only installed a couple of days ago.

The intake kit looks great, sounds great, and seems to help gas mileage. I have no way of knowing if my horse power has increased without a dyno. My only complaint was with the instructions. It was much easier to bolt the bracket to the radiator BEFORE the kit instead to the kit first. Everything else was easy.
